FAQs
General information
The Summit will take place on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 July. The venue is the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney at 14 Darling Drive, Sydney. This venue is which is accessible by public transport and has parking options nearby.
This is an in-person only event. All sessions, networking opportunities and activities will be conducted on-site at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. Sessions will not be recorded.
The Summit is designed for anyone working in the Australian clean energy industry, bringing together thought leaders and decision-makers from across industry, government and finance to share the models, trends and technology innovations in driving clean energy.
The Summit is exclusively for registered delegates. However, you can invite guests to join the Networking Drinks or Gala Dinner by purchasing additional tickets, if available.
Registration and social event tickets
To register, please visit the registration page of this website and complete the registration form. Payment options and detailed instructions are provided on the page.
Registration fees include access to Summit sessions on day of registration, Networking Breakfast(s) on day of registration and Farewell Drinks.
A ticket to the Networking Drinks is only included in the 2-day registration fee.
The Gala Dinner and Women in Renewables Lunch are an additional cost.
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the Summit will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. See the event conditions for more information.
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person within your organisation by contacting us at events@cleanenergycouncil.org.au. Please provide the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
On the day
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start time to collect your name badge and networking with other delegates.
Business or business-casual attire is recommended for the Summit. For the Summit Dinner, we suggest formal attire.
Yes, your registration includes access to coffee breaks and lunch on the day(s) of registration. Lunch will be served at the Women in Renewables Lunch, light canapes will be served at the Networking Drinks and the Gala Dinner includes a three-course meal.
We aim to accommodate dietary restrictions where possible. Please note any dietary requirements when registering. If registering after 18 July please note we may not be able to cater to your requirements.
Social events
The Networking Breakfasts are informal, stand-up networking sessions held in the Exhibition Hall before the day’s program begins. Delegates can grab a coffee, enjoy a light breakfast and connect with fellow attendees ahead of the first sessions.
The Women in Renewables Lunch is a seated lunch that brings delegates together in a welcoming and inclusive setting to connect, share ideas and build networks with peers from across the clean energy sector.
Networking Drinks are a relaxed gathering held immediately following the first day’s sessions. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and industry leaders. Tickets are included in the cost of a 2-day registration. Single day delegate and guest tickets are $99 per person and can be purchased via the registration form.
The Gala Dinner is the night of nights for the clean energy industry, bringing delegates together for an evening of celebration, connection and the presentation of the Clean Energy Council Awards, over a seated dinner.

Yes. Our event app is designed to enhance your experience by providing access to the program, speaker biography’s, networking tools, and live updates.
A couple of days prior to the Summit, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and log in to the app. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
With the app, you can view the full event program, access speaker profiles, receive real-time event updates and connect with other attendees.
Yes, the app includes a networking feature that allows you to connect with other delegates. You can send messages, set up meetings, and view attendee profiles, depending on their privacy settings.
