Having worked in renewable energy for over 10 years, my current mission is to help renewable energy projects get off the ground in the Pacific region and make insurance one less thing for clients to worry about. I make sure our team’s strategy of client first is kept front and centre of what we do across the region whilst also helping with the day to day business so we deliver in a consistent, timely and efficient manner. I spend my days getting to know new clients so that we can offer them a service that reflects their unique needs, developing new solutions with my colleagues around the globe on topical issues and teaching clients creative ways to manage their risks. My international experience and creative work ethic allows me to quickly identify business challenges, formulate strategic plans, initiate change and implement effective solutions. I have built exceptional communication and negotiation skills through working internationally and on major projects across a variety of industries.
