Laura combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, having led transactions, negotiated key contracts, and secured investment decisions across the UK and Australia. Currently leading Victorian development activities at Squadron Energy, she is passionate about creating projects that deliver lasting value for communities and the energy system. Laura holds a PhD in renewable energy policy and is a recognised industry contributor, previously serving as Chair of the Clean Energy Council DEI Working Group.
