Presentation title
What Good Looks Like in 2030: Future-Proofing Wind Resource and Energy Assessments
Presentation summary
The wind industry is transforming rapidly. Climate change is reshaping long-term wind behaviour; massive turbine platforms are redefining site conditions and challenging legacy modelling approaches; advanced modelling techniques are delivering unprecedented insights into wind flow behaviour; and grid constraints together with increasing hybridisation are altering dispatch patterns. This presentation will explore how these and other emerging forces will intersect to redefine what “good” looks like in wind energy assessments by 2030, and what developers can do now to prepare for this next generation of wind projects.
