We navigated EPBC environmental approvals for Waddi Wind Farm, worked with jurisdictional vegetation councils, tackled complex grid connection requirements and commercial contracting structures, and secured long-term offtake agreements through PPAs—providing revenue certainty and underpinning financial close. Additionally, we pioneered collaborative solutions to overcome unique challenges:
•Meeting unprecedented Bureau of Meteorology asset remediation requirements while safeguarding critical weather services.
•Delivering the first CIS-eligible wholesale contract determination for Palmer, setting a compliance benchmark.
•Resolving OTR’s Fast Frequency Response requirement via a market-first third-party service agreement.
•Partnering with SAPN to design a cost-optimised oversize transport program, including raising 32 distribution lines. These achievements reflect proactive engagement, integrated risk planning, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
