Tim Power is a partner at White & Case and has practised as a specialist environmental and planning lawyer for over 30 years. During that time, he has advised the proponents of over 30 onshore wind farms across the country on environmental and planning assessment and approval matters, regularly appeared in hearings, and more recently has been advising proponents in the fledgling Australian offshore wind industry.
