Taraz is Principal Renewable Engineer with 30 years’ experience in study, design, planning, technical advisory, and delivery of wind power projects; and 6 years of experience in R&D, detailed design and manufacturing. He has project managed numerous renewable power projects in a variety of roles spanning technical advisory, project delivery, and due diligence across the full project lifecycle. He has contributed to over100 GW of renewable energy projects globally, including more than 60 GW of wind.
Taraz has led and advised on renewable energy projects across the full project lifecycle, with extensive experience in the APAC region. His expertise spans project optimisation, bankable resource assessment, feasibility studies, technical specifications, tendering and contract negotiation, delivery models including split contract, and construction-phase Owner’s and Lender’s Engineer roles. He also brings deep experience in turbine technology reviews, factory inspections, operations advisory, decommissioning and repowering.
