Speaker biography
Grace is a Senior Development Manager at OX2. Prior to joining OX2 a year and a half ago, she worked as a Senior Planning and Environment Advisor at AusNet, as well as a planning and environment consultant at ERM and Umwelt. In this time, Grace supported and led the approvals of three wind farms, three solar farms, and a major 500kV transmission line. Grace has also spent time supporting Hazelwood Mine with its rehabilitation and closure plan. At OX2, Grace project manages a portfolio of renewable energy projects across the country including a wind farm and standalone BESS in WA, a wind farm in NSW and a hybrid solar farm in QLD. With nine years of experience spanning consulting, work with a transmission network service provider, and the developer side, Grace brings a holistic approach to project development, always aiming to achieve fair outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
Grace is a 2025 recipient of the Chloe Munro Scholarship for the Leading Edge Program and is enjoying working through the curriculum to increase her leadership capabilities to influence change in our industry.
