With more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Lara has held senior technical leadership roles across the UK and the APAC region. At Jacobs, she has played a key role in connecting wind, solar, and battery projects across Australia. Her work spans major HVDC developments, including Basslink and Marinus Link, and she contributed to shaping Victoria’s Offshore Wind transmission strategy by leading a fast tracked, multidisciplinary program to deliver corridor and technical options.
Lara continues to support teams across a broad range of technologies. In the BESS sector, she supported the connection of the Victorian Big Battery and conducted an independent review of the Waratah Super Battery SIPS.
