Sean is an experienced local government CEO, consultant, trainer and mentor. He has been in the industry since 2002, working at, assisting with and transforming the organisations he has either worked for or lead. Prior to his local government career, he worked in the energy industry both in the regulatory side at the Office of Energy and in service delivery with the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. Overall, he has had nearly 39 years in public life that has seen him deliver key improvements, services, facilities and other projects.
