Warwick Squire is a highly experienced executive with more than 25 years' experience across the public sector, specialising in leadership, policy development, operational management, and stakeholder engagement across the resources, energy, agriculture, and natural resource management sectors.

Warwick joined Coexistence Queensland in 2020 and has led the organisation through significant growth, including its transition from GasFields Commission Queensland and the expansion of its role across Queensland's resources and energy sectors.

Warwick serves as both Chief Executive Officer of Coexistence Queensland and Queensland's Land Access Ombudsman. While the two functions are related, they perform distinct roles. Coexistence Queensland supports informed and constructive engagement between stakeholders, while the Land Access Ombudsman provides fair and impartial assistance in resolving eligible land access disputes.

Throughout his career, Warwick has led multidisciplinary teams responsible for addressing complex land use, resource development, and community engagement matters. He has extensive experience working across government, industry, and regional communities, and is recognised for his ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate constructive conversations, and bring people together to work through competing priorities and complex issues.
