Caroline is an experienced business leader and power engineer with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex energy infrastructure across the transmission, distribution, transport, and industrial sectors.
Before joining Arup, Caroline led an engineering and design team at a specialist power consultancy, overseeing technical delivery and strategic growth. She also spent two decades with ABB across Australia, Switzerland, and South America, delivering power systems and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Caroline combines her technical acumen with strong commercial management, contract negotiation, governance, and change management capabilities. A client-focused and collaborative team player, she is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to develop high-performing teams that deliver real impact.

Passionate about enabling the energy transition and delivering net zero outcomes, Caroline also champions diversity and inclusion in STEM. She is committed to mentoring others, aligning strategic direction with impactful delivery, and being a trusted voice for clients.
