With over 25 years of international experience in infrastructure and energy, Stephanie has provided strategic direction and execution guidance for groundbreaking energy projects worldwide. Her expertise spans project delivery, sustainability, regulatory reform, and project financing within energy networks, making her a prominent figure in the Australian energy sector.

Stephanie has been involved in the development of thousands of kilometres of clean energy and renewable transmission infrastructure across the UK, the EU, and Australia. She has served as the General Manager for HVDC Grid Systems UK at ABB and as Director of Offshore Transmission at the UK energy regulator, OfGEM. In this capacity, she co-designed and led the implementation of the Offshore Wind Transmission Operators (OFTO) competition regime, a world-first initiative that has saved consumers millions of dollars since it first launched in 2005.

In Australia, Stephanie has advised companies including the State Electricity Commission of Victoria, EnergyCo NSW and Transgrid, held senior leadership roles with AusNet, TSA Riley, was a co-founder of Flexicar and has served on the boards and committees of public infrastructure and smart mobility initiatives. She currently contributes her expertise to the Direct Asset Committee of Aware Super.
