Aaron is an energy executive with more than two decades of experience leading innovation, strategic growth, and large scale project delivery across the solar and energy storage sectors. His expertise spans technical and commercial leadership across Australia, APAC, Europe, the UK, the Middle East and North Africa. He currently serves as VP & Country Manager for the APAC and MENA regions at Shoals, where he leads the company’s expansion in advanced DC power architecture for utility scale solar, energy storage, datacentres, and critical power applications.

Before joining Shoals, Aaron held senior positions with industry leaders including Array Technologies, ABB, and AGL. He played a key role in initiatives such as establishing local manufacturing for Array trackers and developing ABB’s inverter and medium voltage skid integration centre. His work has contributed to gigawatt scale solar and storage deployments across multiple regions.

Aaron is an advisor and contributor to EnergyLab and UNSW, holds a Master of Business Management and Solar Power Engineering qualifications, and is a strong advocate for the energy transition and local manufacturing.
