Fiona Schutt is a senior executive and board director with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the public, private, education, infrastructure and energy sectors. She is currently Chief Operating Officer of the Clean Energy Council, Australia's peak body for the clean energy industry, where she supports the organisation's role in accelerating Australia's transition to a clean energy future.

Prior to joining the Clean Energy Council, Fiona held executive leadership roles including Executive General Manager, Corporate Services at Melbourne Water and Chief Financial Officer at WorkSafe Victoria. A qualified CPA and MBA, she has led major transformation, strategy, finance and governance programs across organisations including Melbourne Water, WorkSafe Victoria, Swinburne University, Crown and BlueScope Steel.

An experienced board member and governance professional, Fiona currently serves on a number of boards including Victoria University and the Legal Practitioners' Liability Committee.
