Joshua is a Director at Capella Capital, Australia's leading public infrastructure developer, financial advisor and asset manager. He has been directly involved in Australia's first two Renewable Energy Zone procurements, the Central-West Orana REZ, where he coordinated a 25-financier syndicate to respond to the Regulated Concessional Model with the CEFC, and the New England REZ, where he currently serves as Bid Director. Alongside his REZ work, Joshua has spent over a decade structuring and financing Australia's largest and most complex infrastructure transactions, including North East Link, the country's largest greenfield PPP at financial close. He brings a private capital sponsor perspective on what governance and delivery models need to look like for major projects to reach financial close. Joshua also lectures on infrastructure finance at the University of Sydney.
