Jenny Paradiso is the Manager of Retail & DER Reform at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where she leads work on policy, market design and regulatory reform.
Jenny and her team work closely with governments, market bodies and industry to shape reforms that support the integration of CER at scale and enable a more distributed, customer-centric energy future while supporting a secure and reliable energy system.
Jenny brings over two decades of experience across the energy sector and has been a strong advocate for renewable energy, industry development, and the role of industry in the energy transition. Recognised as one of the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence , Jenny has held board and advisory roles across the sector, including with the Clean Energy Council and SA Climate Change Council.
