Speaker biography
Chloe is an energy sector leader and Churchill Fellow with over 13 years’ experience working for the NSW Government, where she pioneered the renewable energy zones model.

Chloe has extensive experience and expertise in energy and government processes, including overseeing the Expenditure Review Committee of Cabinet and a NSW State Budget. She has been instrumental in driving energy and climate change policies in NSW, most notably the Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap and its enabling legislation. She is passionate about ensuring energy infrastructure is developed in a way that benefits consumers and regional communities.

Chloe is the Chair of the Electrification and Energy Systems Network at the NSW Decarbonisation Hub and a Fellow of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership.
