Kenneth has been at Tesla for almost 10 years, leading engineering and technical development across Powerwall hardware, software and firmware, and Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) in APAC. He sits on Standards Australia's EL-42 committee and has worked on landmark VPP programs including AEMO's VPP Demonstrations and the SA Virtual Power Plant. He works closely with AEMO, network operators and technical regulators to build awareness of battery capabilities, and contributes to standards and market rule development — including CSIP-AUS, AEMC's flexible trading reform, FCAS delivery from aggregated residential fleets, and dynamic retail tariff structures — to accelerate the adoption of distributed energy resources.
