Patrick is a strategic and systems thinker who is focused on decarbonising energy systems while achieving economically positive outcomes. He has extensive experience advising on financing, strategy, policy, and delivery of public and private infrastructure in global energy markets. As Arup's ANZ Energy Lead, Patrick is responsible for the implementation and execution of Arup's Energy business across the region. He has played a pivotal role in advising governments on the future use of energy systems, decarbonisation strategies and infrastructure requirements for achieving net-zero goals. He has delivered major energy and infrastructure programs throughout Australia, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Asia and the Americas. Patrick has worked extensively in infrastructure finance, commercial negotiation and major project delivery, helping clients develop commercially viable projects from concept through to commissioning.
