Lucy Sinclair is Senior Community Engagement Manager at Aquila Clean Energy APAC, where she leads stakeholder and community engagement across renewable energy projects in Australia and New Zealand.
Lucy has more than 15 years’ experience in community engagement, communications and stakeholder relations across renewable energy, major infrastructure, local government and the not-for-profit sector. Her work focuses on building trusted relationships with communities, landholders, councils, First Nations groups and project partners to support better project outcomes.
Before joining Aquila Clean Energy, Lucy held senior stakeholder and communications roles at Pacific Blue Australia, North East Link Project and Level Crossing Removal Project. She has also worked in communications and media roles with the City of Melbourne, Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria and Victorian State Government.
Lucy brings a practical, on-the-ground perspective to community engagement, with a strong focus on listening early, communicating clearly and ensuring local communities have meaningful opportunities to shape project outcomes.
