Dr Joel Gilmore is the General Manager Regulation & Energy Policy at Iberdrola Australia, with over fifteen years’ experience in market design, market modelling, and technical and economic analysis of integrating renewable energy into the grid. Joel is also a Climate Councillor and an Associate Professor at Griffith University Business School, analysing coordinated development of large-scale renewables, transmission, green hydrogen, and new loads.
