Erin van Maanen is an experienced energy executive with more than 20 years’ experience across strategy, renewable generation, wholesale markets, corporate finance and large-scale project development in Australia and internationally. Erin has deep knowledge of the market and policy environment in the Australian energy sector.
She is currently Executive General Manager, Strategy and Commercial, at Hydro Tasmania, where she is responsible for setting Hydro Tasmania’s strategic direction and growing and maximising portfolio value through project development, origination, portfolio optimisation and energy trading activities.
