Jane Gibbs has recently joined Umwelt (Australia) Pry Limited as the National ESG Advisory Lead. She has over three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, including 3 years Board experience and 9 years in senior executive roles. Jane has worked across several different environmental disciplines and has particular expertise in energy and climate change. Before joining Umwelt, Jane was the Director, Climate Adaptation, Land Sector and Opportunities and the Executive Director, Energy in NSW DCCEEW. Jane holds academic qualifications in environmental science, environmental law and public administration. She has also worked at the United Nations Environment Programme in Geneva, Switzerland and lectured in environmental law.
She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
