Gero joined Rystad in 2017 and is responsible for the overall business in Australia and the global renewable energy & power offerings, based in Sydney. Gero brings over 25 years industry and community service experience, including directorship, senior management, consulting and advisory roles. Gero is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Prior to Rystad, Gero spent 16 years at Wood Mackenzie and Sustainable Energy Research Analytics (SERA) where Gero was founder and Managing Director specialising in renewable energy research and advisory.
Gero graduated in Mechanical Engineering (MEng, ACGI) from Imperial College London and an MBA from Edinburgh University.
